I'm Hayden — a builder, strategist, and chronic over-committer currently at Peking University studying Economics & Management. Before Beijing, I spent four years at Yonsei University in Seoul on a full-tuition merit scholarship, graduated ranked 4th in my class, and picked up a healthy obsession with competitive debate along the way.

I've grown audiences, built automated content pipelines, closed clients at 2× market rate, and spent way too much time figuring out why certain posts get bookmarked and others disappear.
Most recently, I was a Growth Executive at Arrowster, where I did everything from hitting up UGC creators to produce brain-rot viral content on TikTok to handing out flyers on the street. We grew from 0 to $250k in 6 months!

Other "fun" facts about me:
- —As a proud Vietnamese, I'm a fan of Americano and would take one over Vietnamese Phin Coffee anyday. I blame Korea for that.

- —A 2-time international student myself, I'm interested in international education and how that impacts countries and individuals. Read my article on international students' experience in Korea here.
- —I speak Vietnamese (native), English (bilingual), Mandarin (upper-intermediate), and Korean (intermediate).
- —I've lived in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nanjing, Seoul, Incheon, and now Beijing.
- —I can confidently move 60 kg of luggage on a subway, and order iced coffee fluently in all 4 languages.
